UPS/USPS/FedEx

  
When your order ships, you'll get a UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. This number allows you to easily track your package at http://www.ups.com or http://www.fedex.com, or watch for a delivery confirmation at http://www.usps.com. In some cases, it may take a day or so for your tracking number to show up in the tracking system. If you don't receive your tracking number within a day after the expected shipping date, please e-mail us at sales@elitenotebooks.com.
 
Delivery Time / Status

  
The total time it takes for you to receive your order is based on two factors: availability of the product and actual transit time. The current status of each product can be found on their respective pages. Please note that the majority of Sager Notebooks are built-to-order, a process which typically takes 14 - 21 days. Please keep in mind these are estimates and we will do our utmost to honor them. If there is a problem with the availability of any order you place, you will receive an email within 2 business days, at which point you will have the option of substitution, backorder, or order cancellation.
