Elite Notebooks offers an extensive 30-day money-back guarantee for all products purchased online. This is one of the longest and most solid guarantees found anywhere, period. If, for ANY reason, you find you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, simply package it up and send it back to us for a no-hassle 100% refund. You must e-mail us at sales@elitenotebooks.com to obtain an RMA# and instructions for the shipment.

The product must also be returned in its original box and include all original packing material, original manuals and any accessories, software, and adapters that came with the item, and must be in original and/or working condition. Opened software for Notebook purchases cannot be refunded, and we reserve the right to charge a fee for any cosmetic blemishes to the notebook or item itself. On items that require installation, be sure to keep all wiring accessories and packaging, as well as manuals, after completion. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if any of these materials are damaged or missing. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return freight charges. If you've recently received your order and found it was damaged in shipment, please send e-mail to sales@elitenotebooks.com with your name and a description of the damage.
 
Warranties/Repairs

  
Elite Notebooks offers Philips/Magnavox extended warranties for Sager Notebooks sold online. All other products are backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher only. All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Please consult your owners manual on warranty variations. If you have any future questions about warranties or repairs, please e-mail us at sales@elitenotebooks.com.
 
Other Returns

  
For all other returns extending beyond the 30-day grace period, there will be a 25% restocking fee. The same criteria above for packaging and product condition apply here. Returns without an RMA# will be returned to the sender at their expense. Refunds minus restocking fees will be issued upon receipt of the product at the specified location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the item in the event our criteria (including product condition) are not satisfactorily met.
