You must e-mail us at sales@elitenotebooks.com to obtain an RMA# and instructions for the shipment. The product must also be returned in its original box and include all original packing material, original manuals and any accessories, software, and adapters that came with the item, and must be in original and/or working condition. Opened software for Notebook purchases cannot be refunded, and we reserve the right to charge a fee for any cosmetic blemishes to the notebook or item itself. On items that require installation, be sure to keep all wiring accessories and packaging, as well as manuals, after completion. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if any of these materials are damaged or missing. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return freight charges. If you've recently received your order and found it was damaged in shipment, please send e-mail to sales@elitenotebooks.com with your name and a description of the damage.   Warranties/Repairs    Elite Notebooks offers Philips/Magnavox extended warranties for Sager Notebooks sold online. All other products are backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher only. All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty.
